RN's choosing to work under the Weekend Warrior program must sign a Weekend Warrior Participant Agreement agreeing to work an 8 hour shift on consecutive Saturdays and Sundays. Employees in the Weekend Warrior Program agree to work 10 out of 12 weekends. Employees in the Weekend Warrior Program willonlyreceive the Weekend Warrior Program shift differential and no other differential for hours worked on the weekend. If a Weekend Warrior Participant works during the normal workweek, then the participant will be paid a shift differential according to the Center’s pay practices.
PAY
Registered Nurse's who agree to join the Weekend Warrior Program will be paid a generous shift dif for all hours worked according to the Weekend Warrior Program. If a participant in the Weekend Warrior “calls off” during the weekend, then the participant will not receive the Weekend Warrior shift differential or any other weekend differential for the weekend of the call off. A participantmustwork their full-shift to be eligible for the weekend warrior shift differential, unless the participant was asked to leave by management for a non-disciplinary reason (i.e. low census).

The Registered Nurse (RN) care giver provides direct patient care to the residents and patients of the health and rehabilitation center (skilled nursing home), assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
Supervise CNA’s and LPN’s and participate in their evaluation
Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
Provide nursing services
Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:
Graduate of approved accredited school of nursing
Valid license as an RN in state of practice
